Selected games from the top men's floorball league in Czechia will introduce a new feature, especially for foreign fans. This upcoming weekend will mark the first broadcast in English. The goal of this initiative is to attract an international audience to the men's top league.
The Czech league is one of the four best leagues in the world and aims to strengthen its position at this level. Starting in February, selected games will regularly be offered with English commentary specifically for viewers from countries outside the Czech Republic.
The video platform ceskyflorbal.tv will offer the first English broadcast, running parallel to the Czech commentary, on Sunday, February 9. You can enjoy the reigning champion Tatran Střešovice facing FBC Česká Lípa. The replay of the quarterfinal from last year's playoffs promises a lot of goals.
This will be followed by a match between the Champions Cup finalist from Mladá Boleslav and Karlovy Vary. On Saturday 16th, Prague rivals Bohemians and Královské Vinohrady will go head-to-head. In March, two matches of Liberec will be broadcast with English commentary: the first one against Sparta in a crucial game for the top six standings, and another against Tatran Střešovice, whom they surprisingly defeated during the Christmas holidays games.
